Tijuana, Baja California Focus
Our production is based in Tijuana, Baja California — directly on the U.S.–Mexico border. This location gives our customers several practical advantages: shorter shipping distances, same-timezone communication, the ability to visit the production facility without long-haul travel, and access to a deep manufacturing labor pool.
Tijuana has a long history of costura industrial (industrial sewing) and maquila manufacturing. We’re part of that tradition, focused specifically on bags, covers, aprons, cases, straps, accessories, and other non-apparel sewn products.
Who We Serve
Most of our customers are U.S.-based brands, startups, e-commerce sellers, and product developers. We also work with Canadian companies and Mexican domestic buyers who need contract sewing production.
Our typical customer is someone who has a product design or an existing product they need manufactured — and wants a reliable nearshore production partner who communicates in English and Spanish, understands North American quality expectations, and can handle projects from sample stage through production runs.
Our Approach
We take a practical, hands-on approach to manufacturing. Every project starts with an individual review: we evaluate the construction, materials, and complexity before providing a quote. This ensures you get an accurate assessment and realistic timeline for your specific project.
We believe in starting with samples. Whether you’re launching a new product or switching from another manufacturer, we recommend producing a sample first so both sides can align on quality, construction, and expectations before committing to a production run.
