We manufacture a range of sewn products at our Tijuana, Baja California production facility. Below are the product categories we support, along with buyer notes and material options for each.
Tote Bags
Canvas totes, cotton totes, woven and non-woven tote bags for retail, promotional, everyday, and branded use. Common construction includes flat or gusseted designs, interior pockets, and reinforced handles.
Buyer Note: Tote bags are one of our most requested product categories. If you have a tote bag design or a competitor sample you want to replicate, send it over and we'll evaluate the construction.
Common materials: Canvas, cotton duck, polyester, non-woven polypropylene, recycled fabrics
Shopping Bags
Reusable shopping bags, grocery bags, and market totes designed for durability and repeated use. Options range from simple flat bags to structured bags with bottom gussets and multiple compartments.
Buyer Note: Popular with grocery chains, retailers, and promotional product distributors. We can match existing designs or develop new ones.
Common materials: Non-woven PP, cotton, jute, recycled PET, nylon
Organizer Bags
Pouches, dopp kits, tool rolls, pencil cases, tech organizers, and multi-pocket organizer bags. These products typically involve zippers, interior dividers, and multiple fabric types.
Buyer Note: Organizer bags require precision construction. A clear tech pack or physical sample helps us quote accurately.

Aprons
Kitchen aprons, barista aprons, shop aprons, craft aprons, and commercial-grade aprons. Styles include bib aprons, waist aprons, and cross-back designs with custom pocket configurations.
Buyer Note: Aprons are straightforward to produce and a good fit for first-time buyers exploring contract sewing. We can adjust pocket sizes, strap styles, and fabric weights to match your needs.

Pillow Covers
Decorative pillow covers, throw pillow covers, cushion covers, and bolster covers. Common closures include hidden zippers and envelope backs. Available in a wide range of fabrics.
Buyer Note: Pillow covers are popular with home decor brands and e-commerce sellers. If you're sourcing fabric yourself, we can cut and sew to your specifications.
Common materials: Linen, cotton, velvet, canvas, faux leather, decorative textiles
Soft Covers & Protective Sleeves
Equipment covers, furniture covers, dust covers, grill covers, and protective sleeves. Custom sizing to fit specific equipment or furniture dimensions.
Buyer Note: These are typically project-specific. Provide dimensions and use-case details so we can recommend the right materials and construction approach.
Common materials: Heavy canvas, PVC-coated fabrics, polyester, nylon, padded materials
Cases
Laptop sleeves, tablet cases, phone pouches, cosmetic cases, and protective soft cases. Options include padded construction, zipper closures, Velcro, and snap closures.
Buyer Note: Cases often require internal padding or structure. Let us know the device or product dimensions and we'll evaluate the best construction approach.
Common materials: Neoprene, felt, padded polyester, canvas, leather alternatives
Straps & Webbing Components
Custom straps, webbing assemblies, lanyards, leashes, and buckle components. Used as standalone products or as components in larger assemblies.
Buyer Note: Webbing work requires specific hardware (buckles, clips, D-rings). Let us know your hardware preferences and we'll confirm compatibility.
Common materials: Nylon webbing, polypropylene webbing, cotton webbing, elastic
Textile Accessories
Headbands, wristbands, bandanas, patches, fabric labels, coasters, and small textile accessories. Often produced in higher quantities for branding or retail.
Buyer Note: Small accessories can be efficient to produce in volume. Minimum quantities may be higher for very small items due to setup time.
Common materials: Cotton, polyester, elastic, various textiles
Light Apparel-Adjacent Products
Smocks, bibs, simple vests, tabards, and other light apparel-adjacent sewn products. These are not fashion garments but functional apparel items with straightforward construction.
Buyer Note: We handle apparel-adjacent items that don't require complex garment construction. If your product needs advanced pattern grading or fitting, it may be outside our scope.
Common materials: Cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, ripstop, canvas
Custom Soft Goods
Unique sewn products that don't fit neatly into any standard category. If it involves cutting fabric and sewing it into a finished product, we're open to reviewing it.
Buyer Note: For custom projects, the more detail you can provide upfront (sketches, photos, tech packs, physical samples), the faster we can evaluate feasibility and provide a quote.
